So I stumbled across these at Target and remembered seeing them on Pinterest without a link - Kiss Nail Dress. These are pretty similar to Sally Hansen Nail Effects. Had to get them and try them out. One added bonus to these are that you do not need nail polish remover to take them off. They last about 5 good days. No dry time and can be used on toes. This certain design has 3D effect.
